Terms of Service

1. Service and eligibility

Seedance2App is an independent AI video service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by ByteDance. You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account information to use paid features.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Do not share, resell, automate, or create accounts to evade limits, introductory-purchase restrictions, or abuse controls.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, infringing, or non-consensual content; impersonation; privacy or publicity-rights violations; or bypassing safeguards. We may suspend access, remove content, or refuse generation when needed to protect users, providers, or the service.

4. Inputs and outputs

You retain rights you lawfully hold in prompts and uploads and grant us the limited rights needed to process them. You are responsible for permission to use reference materials and for reviewing output before publication or commercial use. AI output may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or similar to other output.

5. Plans, credits, and renewals

Prices are shown in USD before tax. Creem acts as merchant of record and shows the final amount at checkout. One-time purchases do not renew. Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled through the account billing portal.

Credits are a limited, non-transferable service entitlement, not money or stored value. Monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period unless stated otherwise. Generation costs may vary by model, duration, resolution, and feature.

6. Availability and changes

AI generation depends on third-party models and infrastructure. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular output. We may update models, credit costs, limits, and plan features; recurring price changes will be communicated before the affected renewal where required.

7. Refunds and termination

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, but closing an account does not automatically reverse completed charges.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed what you paid us during the three months before the event. Non-waivable consumer rights remain intact.
