Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Seedance2App collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

We collect account information such as your name, email address, verification status, and authentication provider. We also process video prompts, uploaded reference files, generation settings, generated assets, support messages, and basic usage and security events.
When you purchase a plan, Creem processes payment details as our merchant of record. We receive transaction, customer, subscription, tax, and refund status information, but we do not store full payment-card numbers.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide generation and billing services, prevent abuse, deliver transactional email, respond to support requests, improve product reliability, and comply with legal and financial obligations.
3. Service providers
We use Vercel for hosting, PostgreSQL/Supabase for application data, Creem for payments and tax handling, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and Google for optional social sign-in. These providers process data under their own privacy terms and only for the functions needed to operate the service.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use essential session and language cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preference, plus local storage for a pseudonymous analytics session. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Retention and security
We retain your generation history, including prompts and settings, while your account is active so you can revisit recent work. We retain account and transaction records as required for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, disputes, and legal compliance. Passwords are hashed and never stored as plain text. We use access controls, encrypted transport, signed webhooks, and rate limits to reduce risk.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal information, and cancel subscriptions through the account billing portal. Some financial records must be retained where required by law.
7. International processing and children
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. The service is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum digital consent age in their jurisdiction.
